I know it sounds harsh, that's the reason for RSVP, so yes they can, but no guarantee we'll be able to "grow" our table. Since not everybody arrive at the same time, it's awkward to tell those folks to sit at another table......

Thanks everyone for showing up for the meet! My eyes feasted more than my stomach, I was so impressed with Chris's GT3 RS's exhaust sound, I got to blip his throttle (Glen, no weird comments please...nothing to do with his brown sausage ) and it sounded quite mean thank you very much. The clutch stiffness is also surprising and am wondering if it is stock, but I sense that it might be.

I sat for the first time in the cockpit of a C6 Vette, nothing less than the ZR1 and was pleasantly surprised of the driver's position. I rode in a track prepped C5 Z06 before at Calabogie, this is much better, IMO.

Anyways folks, this is indeed a great start to the summer.

If anybody wishes to be introduced to High Performance Drivers' Education and drive your precious on track, we'd recommend that you do that safely with instructors. I am a BMW QC club member and so are some others here.

The open house is April 27 at Sanair (free, but you still need to register)

May 11 at Ase is currently around 205$. We would recommend this, as the track has been paved smooth recently. Sanair may be a little bumpy for a first event. I am ASE for the first time this year.

Tremblant is June 8-9, this is the track you want to drive on, but doing ASE before is perfect prelude to Tremblant. If you can, that is, not required.

Anyway, I don't get commissions for bringing new members, but it is a great group of folks (see Catherine, I did not say Guys!!) of instructors, as well as students and club executives, to learn from and make friends with.
