Last few services were from an indy so cant get bmw warranty. Would warranty direct or similar cover the fault?

My 2007 320D always use to do this, I thought it may have been the Pollen Filter so changed it but made no difference and just lived with it...

Especially used to wind me up after id cleaned the interior and put the fans on and white particles EVERYWHERE!

Touch wood my 335i hasn't had this problem.

Yeah the 335i that I just bought a few months ago was doing this from the start obviously the previous owner didn't care.It was straight back in and changed under AUC.Pity they gouged my dash in the process but then again they gave me some performance parts as compensation( at my request )

Once the evaporator starts to corrode its only going to get worse.
