Am I missing something?

As I posted earlier, the dealership delivered my car without the wheel lock adaptor (to unlock the wheel). After making arrangements with the salesperson, today I went to the dealership to pick up the missing part. It turned out they could not find the correct adaptor and have to order it from Germany, to arrive in 10-14 days. Then I will have to find time to get back to the dealership to pick it up. In the meantime, if I have a flat and need to get the wheel off the car, I am SOL.

My car came with 2 wheel locks. I asked the dealer why two and the answer is .... "Just in case"
