Shit I meant west side, since you guys are another source that claims east side is no bueno.
It's like 100 and 90% humid for 5 months straight. I think I'll welcome the cold. And then in a year hate it again. Chicago is pretty awesome. I'm glad it's an easy drive away. Will hopefully end up there on weekends every so often.

I saw a space gray E92 tonight at FNL in Palatine with Wisconsin plates. Mtech front bumper, wheels, lowered and plate said "getcha" or something like that. Anyone here?

Looking for short term lease in madison area
hey team,
It's been while since I've posted here. Glad to see it's alive and well! I've been wanting a e90/92 for several years, and I still don't think I'll be in a position to buy new anytime soon. However, I'm about to sell my mazda3 and have been searching on leasetrader.com for a suitable 3-series. Most of the vehicles I've liked are on the east and west coast, unfortunately. Anyone in the area looking to unload the last year's worth of their lease? I'm hoping to find a lease for 1500-2000 miles/month, somewhere in the range of $300-$450/month. It's been hard to find that so I thought I'd try here, too. I may need time to adjust to rear wheel drive especially since the snowfall is coming soon, hoping to make a decision by then. If anyone has a lead I'd love to learn more! thx, suey. |

for $400-450 a month you could easily buy a used e90/92 (likely any model other than a 335) and not dump thousands of dollars into a lease you'll never get anything out of in the end.
I used to lease my cars but honestly its a waste of money in the long run. plus if things change you're not locked into the car. http://www.cars.com/for-sale/searchr...MENT&pgId=2102 |

I think CPO is a great way to go, you get to drive a nicer car, not have to pay new car money, and still have warranty; similar benefits to a lease. I bet you could find a CPO 328 on the upper end of your price range with a 60 month term. A quick search on the BMW pre-owned search pulls up three 328xi with prem and cold weather (within 100mi of Madison). A bit into higher miles, but the CPO should cover you for a little bit. And after that, if you find a good indy mechanic, as long as nothing huge breaks the up keep isn't as ridiculous as some make it out to be. Yes parts can be more expensive than domestic parts, but its the $120/hr labor at the dealer that rapes you.

I am looking for someone to install a short shift kit and a modified clutch delay valve on my 2012 328xi coupe in the Madison area. Does anyone one have any suggestions?

Hopefully be part of the E90 crew soon. My current car E39 530 is ready for new owner so I have been looking at replacement for it. Trying to find a 2009/10 E90 335 in Alpine or Jet black.

Cool man, good luck with your search and purchase. This thread is so dead. We should have a Madison meet.
Can anyone recommend a good indy shop for suspension install? I am considering getting KW V1s after the winter is over. Any advice on a fair price? Thanks.

I'm thinking about setting up a gtg (get together) in Milwaukee in front of the new Art Museum. Since I live a few blocks away we could fire up some shrimp skewers and NY strip kabobs for finger food. Anyone interested? My girlfriends dad is a photographer and I'm sure he would be happy to take advantage of the back drop for us.
