I just finished a retrofit but bluetooth isnt working. All the bluetooth options are there but when I look for devices it just spins. The antenna is connected, double checked. Anyone know an obvious reason here?

Gotta say for anyone looking to do a retrofit.. I do not recommend JR auto electronics. Maybe they were good back in '11 when the OP started this thread, but today, they can't be bothered to do this type of work.

I've been waiting for over 6 weeks just to get a quote from them. I called three times, and emailed three or four times. I only ever heard back once saying "hey I'll respond after the weekend".... that was two or three weeks ago now.

If they're two busy with existing work fine, that's a good problem for them to have.. but to not get me a quote and get me scheduled on the books, that's bull shit. Or to even say, sorry, can't help you, at least that's not leaving me hanging.

I spoke to some lady on the phone the three times who was super un-helpful. And to every question I asked she just dicked me around and said things like "oh.... I'm, ... I'm too busy to look that up".

So anyway, garbage customer service. 0/10, would not bang.

I ended up doing the retrofit including dashboard replacement in my driveway, in less than a day. It really isn't hard. I have no idea what they charge for this because they couldn't bother to give me a quote, but whatever it is I'm sure, after doing this, that it's too much.

Just do your research, spend $100 on a coding cable, get the coding software running on a windows XP vm, and you'll be laughing. Coding for CIC is pretty easy.
