Just look at the 54Tune Comparison chart. Sounds like you want peace of mind. Look at what the Dinan system does, which is warranted by BMW and buy that one or buy a Cobb system that is similar.

Finally someone who gets it!!!
I looked at that chart and it seems dynan's numbers are weak compared to everyone else and its triple the price.

For a full mods car Procede has the best numbers with 390hp . but once you add turbo JB4+Cobb+RB gives you somewhere around 470~520 whp which is exactly where i want to be.

GIAC flash have solid numbers but i dont see any numbers when you add RB turbos.

i also cannot find Cobb+RB numbers or COBB+vargas stage 2 numbers.

Vargas Stage 2 numbers don't officially exist yet, they're still doing beta testing.

for low maintenance on these cars go Cobb Pro Tune, FMIC, DPs , oil cooler, charge pipe+ BOV , Exhaust, DCI, LSD, suspension... and if you have money left over stage 2 turbos..i personally wouldn't go over that if you will be using it for a daily driver with that you'll get ~420-430

not bad for a daily driver IMO

I'm assuming this is with 91 octane.
Cobb and JB4 figures are really close. If you add METH and 50% e85 it will be around 500-520 which is more than enough.
BMS posted a dyno graph with 520 who but they don't mention anything about the boost.

Look, in my DD I cannot even use all of my Cobb Stage 1. Either run out of road, run into traffic or I'm going 110mph and getting paranoid. HP numbers are great but without a track they diminish pretty darn often.

The Cobb alone will utterly transform your E90.

This thread is hilarious. Title is safe tune and the OP is looking for ST or Vargas Stage 3's?

Expected to come in here looking for a guy wanting to up the boost a few PSI's and I run into this discussion.

Just go fbo and run e85 and/or meth, I think you'll be happy with the power and it's safer than upgrading the turbo's. Spend the rest on cosmetics.

you will never get that power on 91 octane even on stage 2 turbos "in a completely safe manner" . This engine needs octane because of high compression.
add octane and you can net 40-50 whp over 93 octane gas but you dont want to do this with meth only.
I speak by experience and 1000 plus logs.
With a piggyback you will only see timing on cylinder 1 but when you use cobb you will soon realize cylinder 1 is usually the happiest of them all. you might have full advance on cylinder 1 and having 4-5 cylinder backing timings constantly ...
