So 275 square it is!

Good find, I've never looked at the diesel forum so I didn't see that one.

Sweet, that was exactly what I was looking for. I'm trying to find the right fitment I want for the ARC8s and your wheels are exactly how I pictured they'd look.

make sure you get concave ones, they look even better in person. Very light and strong no matter which one you get. If you get 9 or 9.5 square you can rotate wheels also. I love how balanced the car is w/square set-up.

Super cool! When I turn my 328i into a track car I'll definitely keep these wheels in mind!

Just out of curiosity, I assume these are TPMS sensor compatible.

Just got these in yesterday. LOVE them! They look so perfect!! 18's and 19's are so overrated. I will definitely be getting at least a 255 square setup for the street next year.

The 17x9.0" ET30 paired up with 245/40/17 street tires should not have any issues unless you are running an extreme summer tire such as the Hankook RS3 or Dunlop Star Spec, which run wider than normal. If you are planning on running a tire similar to that, a little added negative camber in front remedy the rubbing issue.

Thank you! I'm running 245 Dunlop Direzza ZII's, square. I have zero rubbing and factory spec camber up front. I only use the camber plates at the track. Honestly, 255 would probably be better, considering these are a 9.0" rim and stretch the 245 a little. I would be rather confident in saying ANY 245 tire will fit wonderfully with these. Just depends if you're lowered, not to be too low.

Do you like ZII? I compared them to RS-1A and ended it up getting them. I may try ZII next.

don't mean to jump the tread ...

RS-1A? I'm not familiar with those. Are you referring to the Goodyear Eagle RS-A? That's an all season though. I really love these Dunlop tires. I've used them at the track with great success in the dry AND the wet. But they do have a 200 traction rating. So its a fine balance between finding performance and durability. Personally, I think they're great.

I miss-typed, RE-11A. Thanks for feedback.

I was wondering if that's what you meant. Also an excellent tire! Really...its hard to choose a bad tire in this class right now. The ZII, RE-11A, BF Rival, RS3. They're all really competitive.

Just wanted to say how much I'm enjoying these! I have nearly 1000 miles on them already, and there isn't a single nick on their powder coat. Very impressed. My old VMR wheels had a few nicks from the drive home after their first mounting. Props to Apex!! Hopefully they hold up just as well at the track.

FYI - The Group buy is about to wind down for these wheels. The last day to order is tomorrow to get the group buy discount. If the website shows a color or size unavailable, you may be able to still order them by contacting them directly by phone or email.

Bringing back and old thread. I'm looking into buying these. I want to run Mickeys 275/40/17 for the strip. What wheels am I looking at? The 8.5, 9, or 9.5 and what offset. I do not want to rub. Thanks!
