Camber and Alignment question?

This is for fellow Alignment experts on this forum.

Attached is the printout from my most recent alignment from BrakePlus. I was told that's the best they could do with their alignment tools. So i am driving around with specification and I am wondering

1) How bad these alignment results are.
2) What do i need to get them corrected?
3) How to correct it? How soon do i get this corrected.

The final numbers all look decent to me, although I would personally have opted for slightly less toe in the rear in the interests of reduced tire wear.
