Hi all,
I've just purchased a 2008 e90 with pro Sat Nav, I'm used to using a tomtom Go300 which is so simple to use, you just tap in the postcode/zip code and away you go.
So why Can't you do that with the BMW Sat Nav, it allows you to put the first half in and that's it and I find it so frustrating. The other day I wanted directions to a hotel and all I had was the name of the hotel and the postcode so I tapped the postcode in and I got as far as the first two letters and the first number and that was it then it seems to start and second guess where you want to go. I finished up having to navigate to a Business Park Half a Mile away.
Can some one please help.
