335i acceleration numbers with PROcede

Just curious what you guys are running in the 1/4 mile and 0-60. Crazy dude at the dealer wants me to race him, but I think with the extra hp and torque he'd win easily even if I have 300 lpbs on him. On a track there's no doubt that he'd be in my rear view however

You could ...there's tons of threads on this. But, for now, generally speaking PROcede 335i's are running ~ 4.5 sec. 0-60mph and ~ 12.5 - 12.8 sec. @ 108+mph 1/4 mi. (with ~ 1.6-2.1 sec. 60 ft. times).

So it's on par with an e60 m5 or an m6? I'd like to see that head to head matchup. Someone get on that

It's already been done...search for it. I believe one was a kid with his PROcede 335i and his dad in his M6. The PROcede 335i took the M6. Also, a fewguys in their PROcede 335i's have run and beat M5's...some even modded too. It's on here...

All these threads are in the "General FI & 335i Engine Talk" section. Search in here and you'll find tons of threads on PROcede 335i's vs. XXX ...

Is that why the slalom speed for a 335i is higher than an E46 M3?

A buddy of mine is about 300 miles away from his break in being complete in his M5.... We'll go head to head then and I'll report back...

Looking forward to hear about the race....

M5 is a monster at high speeds. You'll probably loose. I have never heard of a 335 with just Procede going below 13.0 sec 1/4 mile @ 107 mph.

M5 traps around 115 in the 1/4 mile....

Yea I know.... I've just been talking all kinds of shit to him though. we both know he'll most likely beat me, but the goal is just to see how bad. I dont think it'll be too bad. I'll just hope he forgets to push the " M " button...

For the first couple gears a Procede'd 335 might keep up...my E60 M5 trapped around 116mph which is a good bit higher than a 335 is capable of even with the Procede.
