I am planning on getting the new 19x10 CSL reps from VMR and want to put a 275/30 Falken 452s on there. Anyone think I can get away with this without rolling the fenders?

Whoa 3 year ol thread, theres nothing aggressive in here cause rubbing and tire wear scares us. In addition tire stretching is ugly and dangerous.

This won't fit without camber or rolling. Actually, it won't work without pulling your fenders. You'll need at least a 245 stretched on the 10" I think... Keep in mind you drive an XI, so staggering becomes a problem. You'll probably have to run a square setup if you're trying to fit the 19x10 +20 in the rear. Pic for reference - 19x10 +22 with 235/35, fenders pulled, wheel cambered on e92: |

You could easily fit 19x10 20 with a 265 tire with a roll and a little bit more camber... I'm also on race springs too. |

Kameks car ran 19x10 +23 with a 265/30 and only rubbed a little on bumps with 4 people in the car. I could have fixed the issue by raising it a hair but we left it be. It just takes some finesse. I have a feeling Velocity Motorcar toe and camber arms will be needed in the future to dial in the alignment i want. |

Ohh I gotcha, I read the XI part, it didn't really register in my brain at that moment, my bad...
Either way though, its all about finesse and willing to make it work... |

OP, I think you have to ask your self what you want to do with this....
Looks, or handling - or both.... I would suggest you DON'T F up your handling.... a proper design can get you both - looks and handling. I would want: 1) the largest front tire (265 I think you can do on a 19 - 9" rim - Dinan does) 2) ideally with NO spacers - the rim should be designed properly for the car and eliminate any imbalance that MAY be due to spacers. 3) ideally with the same stagger as stock so your handling isn't affected 4) I would want a REDUCTION to 10mm of stagger for handling - the closer the stagger the better for handling, but for looks, MORE stagger most people like. 5) the most aggressive offset - flush to the fender - but NOT outside the car. 6) Preferrably not rolling fenders, and no rubbing. 7) You want max camber for sure for handling anyway. I have Dinan camber plates AND the M3 wishbones - for over negative 2 of front camber. (you need neg camber to get wider fronts on. 8) ideally the LIGHTEST rim (and tire) you can get. Check out this thread - you will have a lot of info here. http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=412233 This one is the best.... http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=243069 Check out the Dinan rims for the LOOK and fitment of the properly designed maximum fitment for handling - even though they have spacers on the front. This would be fantastic for handling... but stupidly expensive.... http://www.dinancars.com/shop/D750-0...5i.aspx#page=1 http://www.autoscope.net/wp-content/...-standard3.pdf My point is - get the RIGHT fitment.... this will take a lot of time to sort out, but take your time and be sure.

You also need to remember that LCI E90s have a wider track but same body widtg..they have issues running wider wheels. I have someone who runs 19x10 with a 265, and the offset is somewhere arou.d 30, and it rubbed so much i had to trim the bumper bracket. Mid to low 20s is out of the question.
