I have leftover gloss black vinyl from vinyling my car. Theres about 30 yards left.

It's 48in wide, perfect for those gloss black roofs

2.5mm thick and rated to 6 years of outdoor durability.

2.5mm thick?? wouldn't that be hard to wrap around curves? any pics?

Actually, no it wasn't hard at all. It was actually quite easy to stretch, and tearing didn't worry me like the thin vinyls would when stretched too much.

If your doing a roof, the protection the greater thickness is going to provide will come at an advantage to say the least.

I wrapped the car with no problem. The 2.5mm thickness is being hyped as a culprit, but it worked for me wonderfully. It stretches well, responds effectively to heat, and provides enough durability.

If I did my entire vehicle with no problem, wherein there are areas more troublesome than the curves of the sharkfin, then you should have no problem. The sharkfin was a 2 minute job. If your experiencing difficulty, I recommend someone with experience wrap it for you.
