Constant Squeaking noise/ misfire only when cold! (video)

Hey guys, so I started my car up today and to hear it misfire and make a loud squeaking noise. Now the misfires have been happening in the mornings for a while now. ( only in the mornings for some reason, when I restart my car 3 min after letting it warm up the misfire goes away) - checked with a code reader to see what cylinders were misfiring and sometimes it says 5 and other times 4 5 and 6.
The squeaking noise goes away right after my car warms up too. It's really weird.

I got a appt with my mechanic on friday to get her checked out but I thought i'd get your opinions first.

How many miles you have on it and have you done coils or plugs ever that you know of?

just about to hit 100 km so 60 thousand miles. No haven't done spark plugs yet. ( planning to replace spark plugs this weekend)

So took my car for an oil change. after half an hour of driving i got a half check engine light. Restarted my car and the light went away (normal check engine light is still on)
and my car isn't producing as much power as it was previously. Could this be cause of bad spark plugs? or is it something else
