This place does some of it. Not the major work, he said they do a lot of lease returns and bumper covers painted and put on.
When I was there I could see a few Chapman cars in their lot.
I had a front lip, 2 side skirt/rocker panels and a rear bumper I needed to get painted. Chapman wanted $2500, another body shop was $1600, Ultimate said they would have done itfor $1500.l

So here are the crappy rims for sale... only say that really for the rash on them... Reason I'm selling is I was finally able to get a set of BBS CH rims.

Here's some information on them. They have about 10,000 miles on them. I purchased them from EAS in 2008 from the factory in black. They have TPMS and the tires 235/35/19 Potenza RE960AS Pole Position. Tires are worn evenly, I would say they have around 50% tread left...maybe more. Don't have a tread depth gauge. Two rims have some serious curb rash and out of those two one had a crack in it that was repaired by Wheel Specialists in Tempe. Comes with the carbon fiber (black/white) center caps.

Size: 19"
Offset: 40
Tire Size: 235/35/19 (squared)

I need to call Chapman about some PDR for my dents from that hail storm. If they'll give me a loaner and deal with insurance I'll drop it off there. If not I'll just go locally.

That is strange. Honestly the first fucked up transmission seen on a 335i. Those ZFs are strong as shit. The GMs on the other hand.....

If I recall the N52s have the GM transmission, right? I'm assuming that because my transmission is already fucking up.

On the iPhone app so I can't edit post. Anyone know a good place to get rims painted for cheap? I just got BBS CH rims and the face of the rim (spokes) are painted gloss black but the inside portion of the rim is still silver.

I had a set of VMR wheels powder coated at this place. They did a fantastic job. The place doesnt look like much but their work was excellent. They were orignally silver with some curb rash, had them done in a black chrome/gunmetal color i picked. (didnt want them to be completely black so he took it one shade off) Was around $500 for the set because it was a 2 color process.

Yeah, the N52 has the GM tranny. I have heard of people having problems with them. Although I had the mechatronics sleeve replaced on mine which I heard is a common problem on the ZFs.
