Can you please clarify the section about these with tires. Is the left front the only tire with a camber issue needing replacement? All others 9/10 condition?

I've went back home to pick up my other front tire and one of the front just needs this tire to be mounted on. The rims condition on the set with tires are 9/10.

I've been out of atlanta for last week but going to be home later today to snap pics for you.
