Thanks!
You can just buy the tapped version for $80 and keep your OEM thermostat if you like. We just thought we give the pretapped option to save time and money.

Just want to let you guys know that everything is on schedule we should be testing our new louver design using a SLA (Stereo lithography) model early next week. We will then install a few kits locally to receive feed back and test the design a bit further. We should start taking the actual orders in about 2 weeks and start shipping within 3.

In regards to the transmission cooler and FMIC both projects are starting next week. We will be testing for fitment on both.

We want to thank you guys for your support and feedback. We are looking forward to delivering you with high quality products for you car. Please check back, we will have some more updates from time to time.

Reading comprehension 4TW?

1. Ask your local parts department?
2. Read the earlier posts?
3. Not 10 posts ago, even on the same page, and its stated $80USD?
4. Ok I'm tired of making fun. Ok I lied... basic math? Haha!

I'm glad that your pricing seems more "real world" vs "BMW world". This is what I see oil coolers normally go for. I hope the pricing on your other products will be similarly reasonable, at least comparable to what other products go for for non-bmw cars.

Personally I'm getting a little tired of the "bmw premium" mark up most on here are willing to pay, and usually for the same product a vw user would be buying for $$ less.

For that I say thanks VK.

You hit our philosophy on the nose and we appreciate you taking notice of our way of thinking. We were a bit fearful of releasing the product at such a low rate. I received a few negative remarks from people on this forum and some that know us personally. They felt that the market will automatically assume that because our products were priced well below others in the market they would be viewed as substandard. We truly feel that those notions will be dismissed once the end user see the quality is at least equivalent to our competitors. We are well aware that we could have easily have charged double the price for the oil cooler. Instead we are focusing on becoming a market leader by providing high quality products at a reasonable price. Therefore, you can continue to expect the same philosophy to be used with the release of all our products!

To figure out if you need the fog light is very simple, take a look at your passenger side fog light, if it has a glass housing with small writting in the top corner you will not need the new fog light. if you have a plastic housing with no writing, then you need one. its about 80 dollars.

Should we be able to get the benefits of a bigger/upgrated oilcooler without any ECU reprogramming ?? Is it a plug n' play installation?

The oil cooler is mechanically controlled, no ECU reprogramming is necessary.

I have a couple questions:

-Does this fog light situation only affect the e92 or the e90 as well?
-Can you take a pic of the finned portion that will get installed in the wheel well?
-Dinan also had a different air collector to guide the air towards the oil cooler. Are you going to have one of these as well or are you just sticking the oil cooler in there and relying on the stock setup?

Thanks!
