No problems here, but only a bit over 4K on it so far.

Puts a smile on my face every time I drive it. :-)

Have to say those 19s with the RFTs ride really harsh, though......have to be vigilant about dodging potholes, manholes, and other various and plentiful road hazards.

My has been pretty flawless, except for when I smashed into a pothole and my adaptive headlights gave me an error. Dealer had a replace some module and I ended up paying for a mid cycle oil change (better safe then sorry)..

All good here as well! Still enjoying. Definitely dodging road obstacles like you Kurtz...but I'd be doing the same with any 19" wheels, RFT or not.

I got the Rim warranty for a few hundred bills for a reason

But I agree...my only gripe is the RFTs. I look forward to swapping over to my 17" Replicas and winter boots in the fall, just so I can get some reprieve from the RFTs until next spring. HOW SAD!

Great idea on rim warranty! Where did you get that set up? The 313 rims and RFT's look great but I am dodging potholes like a spastic chicken here in Calgary.....I hate our roads....

I bought it when I bought the car thru Calgary BMW.

I don't think you can get it now.

Yeah I probably look like a drunk driver. Our Roads are WAY worse then Calgary too!

I'd love to do a JB4 or a Cobb but I like having the warranty in place - my guess is that the dealer can tell even if you unplug the JB4 before it goes back in. Hell, if I was the software engineer, I'd track every critical variable - it wouldn't be hard to map the torque against the HP and watch for anomalies.

DINAN is having their annual sale, 15% percent off all tunes. Bavaria (Edmonton) is matching that so the stage 2 is $2000 - 15% ($1700) + 1hr of labour @ $150.

I installed JB4 several months ago. Some improvement, but not as much as I expected, so I went and dyno'd it. Did two runs of each Map 0 (stock), 1 and 2.
As I expected, not that much difference. When I sent the dyno and couple of data logs to Terry, he said my car was making an unusal amout of boost for stock. Not a bad thing I guess.
I just took my car in for oil change and coolant top up. Took me 30min to unistall. Going to drive it for a few more weeks before I put it back in. Had installed the cold air intake as well. Not going to reinstall it. A little too ricey sounding for me.
I Dinan'd my 08 335i and truth be told, it was faster than what I'm running now (N54 is king IMO). I'm debating going Dinan, but I don't think there'll be as much as an improvement because our cars already have the performance power package. I also don't care for throwing another 2k away when this lease is up.

What numbers did you get from the JB4 on the SE 335?

Your point about improvement on the Dinan compaared to the Preformance package that comes with SE is what I am wondering about as well. Is going from 320 & 332 to 355 & 401 worth the 2k+?

LOL. We had our first snow of the season last week so I took off the 313s and put on some 17s with Sottozeros (also RFTs) for the winter.

Huge difference in ride quality, but also, as expected, huge difference in steering feel and turn in.

I'll enjoy the softer ride for the coming months, but by spring I expect I'll be looking forward to going back to the 19s again.......

Took off my sexy 313's last night and put on the winters. Much softer ride but they look so common! Feels like a boat compared to the low profile summers.

Which rims did you get, I got some sweet replica's from OEMConcept, I almost like my winters more than my summers. And better ride with its being 18s.

Those are nice how much?, shipping?
Just had coilovers installed on mine, have crappy 159 wheels on for winter, I sold the 313's just weren't my style

http://www.oemconcept.com/index.php/cPath/27_54

I got tire and rim last year for about $2000 for 18inchers. I could have gone to 17 but the 18s worked fine, no issues.

Better than paying 4k+ at the dealership for crappy rims.

I got black wheels for the winter and I like the look. Think I'm going to powder coat the 313s while I have them off.

Anyone interested in buying a JB4 Stage 2 + Usb Cable? PM me for more details. If you are local I can help you install it.

Yes, its not really a problem, let it idle till it gets under control.

On a Side note: Has anyone replaced their centre console. The Piano black is nice but I'd like something less prone to scratching. Anyone find a carbon fibre replacement? Maybe a matte black one?
