BMW of Sterling Expansion?
I just dropped off my car at BMW of Sterling and Jim Eddy said they're opening up a new bigger building across the street sometime next year. Seems a little odd to me since I thought their existing facility is pretty new.
And I'm frustrated they don't do emission inspections. |

I just got back from sterling today and one of the CA's told me that they are going to build i think a 47 pod service center across the street, which will be bigger than fairfax's, and then plan to build a sales building next to it, and have the building that they are in right now be all Mini.

That would be awesome. I always feel like they are backed up when I bring my car in for service. Im usually there as they open (waiting in line beforehand like an idiot for up to 30 min)

This place is the worst - I just went this morning to get my car serviced and they call me while I'm at the dealership to say they're out of loaners and ask me to wait 3 hours to look at my car or reschedule -- so I reschedule and the earliest appt is 3 weeks from now - and this is the third time they've rescheduled due to no loaners even though they've 'reserved' one with my appt -- idiots.

thats one thing about dealers, the majority are a mixed bag...however I had a great sales expirence at Sterling, the guy was very straight, honored my deal and no surprises. Plus we basically did everything through email/fax, ordered a car, I inspected it when I came, and signed couple docs and off I go. My service was ok, I found a spot of oil on my fender from the oil change but they made sure not to wash the car and I was in/out pretty quick. I been working deals on the new car I want (not a BMW) and wow these dealers suck compared to my sales expirence here.
