I have an AW e90 and want to bring the AW to under the hood. I know nobody will see it, but I have seen some pics on the forum and it looks pretty sick. And maybe CAI. I have COBB AP already. The injen is the only one that passes our smog (CARB) I believe though.

I was browsing the website of one of my local BMW dealers checking out inventories when I came upon this car....

Per the ad this is a 2011 Certified Pre-Owned 328i Sedan with a Carfax report that is clean!

Just one question.... Where the hell are the headlights and front bumper?

I've heard about CPO nightmare cars and now I believe it.

My buddy tells me more than just horror stories since he's in the autobody scene, of how many CPO cars come to him first to "repairs" before being put onto the lot and being stated as "no accident, clean carfax". Car fax only reports what is reported to insurance, if someone doesn't involve insurance, it doesn't get reported.

Always bring a trained eye with you when purchasing a vehicle, someone who knows how to see repainted parts, missing parts, and so on to make sure you're spending your money for a true quality vehicle.

Im also in Napa, I have the Injen CAI and yes it comes with a sticker and carb number so i think it should be fine for smog.. haven't had my whip smogged since its been in tho
