** Not Fkn Happy**

Ok guys so I won't name names just yet but story goes ordered a bm's drop in filter for my e92 from a aus seller/shop. Paid and ordered on the 20/3 after numerous follow up finally delivered today 1/4 and what I recieved was a k&n drop in filter .... Now I know same shit etx pretty much but still I did t get what I ordered ...... Yeah it may have been a small order to them
But hey I was testing the waters for a larger order in the near future . I sent them a email to see how they wanna handle this etc as I don't have time to stuff around sending shit back but yeah . I guess the point of this post is to rant and pending on the response I'll be naming the business so no one else gets bent over.

So you got a more expensive item than what you actually ordered? I'd be cheering!

You do know the drop in BMS filters are actually K&N filters right?

I think the point bottle is making is it doesn't hurt to manage customers expectations which all boils down to communication. If he was expecting one product but got another even it was worth more or better quality or whatver letting him know means he would not be surprised and wouldn't be bitching like an M3 owner spanked by a 320d

As mentioned above the BMS is a K&N filter!!

Strangely enough BMS sell K&N filters, and I don't understand why they aren't rebranded but I don't believe the vendor has done anything wrong when the BMS filter is blatantly advertised as being a K&N product

I came across a Melbourne parts supplier recently, that had rip off K&N filters over the counter. Scary part was that you could not tell the difference boxed in K&N boxes and all. Makes me really wonder if you get what you're paying for a lot of the time.

So as the doc mentioned, the BMS filter is actually K&N, so what's the issue?

I don't believe BMS actually have their logos on the filters they sell?

So basically, OP you need to apologise for bitching about the local supplier and now bitch about BMS not having clarity in their product description and marketing.

Does this mean you will never buy any BMS products from now on??
