With $3000 down, 36 months and 15k per year, what can I expect?

Would $500-600 a month be possible?

a little bit over $600 and that's with 8.75% tax

although you might be able to get a $2500 incentive from BMWNA...i did. And, you definitely wouldn't be paying the MSRP! that should take your payments down considerably...still looking at mid-high $500 with taxes

Ya, I was just listing the MSRP, but ideally I'd like $500-1000 over invoice. I believe invoice is $43,700.

What are the conditions for the $2500 incentive?

Why speculate? Get the current base money factors and residuals, the confidential price sheet, and go to leaseguide.com. Use their calculator to calculate the high end (MSRP, MF +.0004, 925 acquisition fee) and the low end (invoice, base MF, 725 acq. fee). Your lease payment will come out somewhere in that range depending on your dealer's willingness to negotiate.

I'm not sure what the current lease cash is, you can always ask your dealer or send a PM to a supporting dealer here or at the 'Fest and you can get a straight answer.

If the 3,000 down is cap cost reduction then under 600 is possible if 3,000 is total due at signing then your looking at 625.

of course at first the dealer will be splurting 700+ per month prices

but low 600's with no cap cost reduction is doable.

Looking into it further, with the $2500 lease incentive and matching $2500 for a total of $5000 cap cost reduction, I'll still be looking at ~$630 including tax.

That's with $725 acq fee + $100 for misc fee's, .00240 (MF + sec deposit) and 56%.
Invoice + $200 comes to $44780 for one with Step, Sport, Prem, Ipod.

I was hoping for that $500-600 with the $3k down, but it on the higher end even with the extra $2500 incentive.

Does that sound right to you guys?

I'm not aware of any lease cash incentives on 2010 3 series. There's only lease cash available for 2009 models.

can you point some of us in that right direction? how do we get all that info?

Sorry, forgot to mention its for a 2009. With the incentive and $2.4k down, plugging in the numbers gets me about 600 similar to what the dealer offered. Without the incentive though, and $3k down cap cost reduction, I was wondering how people were getting under 600 numbers.

2009s have different MF rates and residuals.

2009 335i sedan for 36month/12k is .00225 and 58%

Best place I've found is the car specific and "Ask a Dealer" sections on the 'Fest. There's not as much info there as there used to be since the forum has been infested by dealer-bashing dickwads (there's a great idea, come into a forum where CAs are providing pricing and rebate info and slam them) and many of the dealer reps have gotten sick of it and quit posting.

You can still get info there from Woz, Adrian, and Phillipe if it isn't posted, just send them a private message.

you're better off with a 335i coupe.........you'll still be able to do the selling price you wanted. plus you'll save given the .00165 rate on the coupe vs .00225 on the sedan. and residual for a coupe will be 1% higher for 36 months......
