Spark plug threads stripped

Found the #6 threads to be stripped. What should i do? A tap and die set? Amazon has a 14/18mm kit to rethread but I’m not sure if they’re any good.

+1 on shop and time sert. Let them handle it. Not a job you want to mess up.

Will skip on the used head for now, but with the time-sert would maintenance be the same? Say changing the plugs again. I have no personal experience with them.

Yep. TimeSerts are phenomenal pieces of engineering. When installed, they will be as strong or stronger than original threads.

Yeah. Time-sert is what auto makers recommend.
Strictly follow the manual and be careful not to strip the head bolts.
