Help Fitting Varrstoen ES1 - 19x9.5 and 19x11

Hey Guys, Pretty new here and I was wondering if you guys could give me some advice. I need new tires BAD! But instead of throwing tires on my stock 18"s I want to upgrade the wheels and buy tires for those. I really dig the ES1 from Varrstoen ( I know I know...reps....) but they fit my budget and I love the stepped lip. Now I was wondering how difficult it would be to fit these wheels since they're pretty aggressive: F-19x9.5 et 20 and R-19x11 et 25

Im lowered on BC coils and already have rolled and pulled fenders from last owner. I REALLY don't want to be rubbing. Also tire size suggestions would be awesome!

Any help is appreciated!

Tyres 225/35/19 front and 265/30/19 rear and added negative camber. Maybe some shaving and bumpstops are needed.
