Looking for a mod..
Hey all,
I'm looking at what to do next on my car.. I've got the perfrmance gear stick / boot and handbreak / boot.. I was looking at carbon kidney grills; but do they look good on a black E90? Was also looking at upgrading the standard sports wheel to the m-tech wheel.. What are your recommendation for modding? |

I'm looking at getting the Carbon Grilles too I might order some at the end of the month. Would be good to see some pics before hand!

I think nearly every person who has had a remap says its the best 300 odd quid they have ever spent on a car!!!!

Ok, so I'm torn between two mods...
-Remap for about 400 -m-tech perf leather steering wheel for about 320 (I don't currently have the right airbag, so need a new one) I do alot of driving, so I'm edging toward the wheel... What do you guys recommend? |

Do the wheel, the M Sport wheel is what everyone comments on when they drive my car.
I changed my M Sport wheel to the paddleshift M Sport wheel, love the alloy paddles. Remap next. I'd also look at having some blackline rear lamps fitted.

About £140 or so depending upon the discount you can get.
An easy mod to fit and they look great, esp on dark cars.

I'll be doing that next month then =) just ordered my mtech wheel and airbag- got the wheel for 130 (with mtech stichin) and the airbag for 180. Good deal?
Rang BMW and they quoted me 80quid for the m cover and wiring harness. I'll see if i can get some discount on those =) |

Don't do a carbon scheme mate. Looks pants IMO. Stick with black or matte black. A lot more subtle and appealing. Get the backlights fitted (will look great on black car ).

Good value. I paid £280ish for my new M Sport wheel with the paddleshift holes!
Didn't want to fund any stolen 2nd user wheels as seen on ebay.
