Tyso, last set of staggered CH-R's went out today, hoping to have some more in the next 2 weeks (Could be January at this stage with the holidays coming up).. We have the 19x8.5 in stock. Hopefully this makes the choice a little easier! lol.

Regards,
Chris.

Tyson,

If you wanted them polished, it is an option we can do for you. To be honest, I would hold off until the better weather though as they wont take as much looking after (We offer a polishing service, which is left un-lacquered).

For the E92 the most you can run on the 359 is;

19x8.5 et37
19x9.5 et30

Regards,
Chris.

ok thats cool. good idea about the weather what i could do is buy them in black or silver then when i decide what colour i want to go for i can get them done myself. got alot of friends in the trade so its no problem. so with the off set is it the lower the number the more the wheel sticks out?

thanks tyson

Yep the lower the number the further out the wheel sits.

Your Current OEM wheels are 19x8 et37 and 19x9 et39

The Silver 359's are 19x8.5 et37 and 19x9.5 et30

At the front, as they are the same offset, but the 359's are 1/2 inch wider, the easiest way to explain this is that it works from the centre of the wheel, this means it sits 1/4 inch in and 1/4 inch out. this means it sits 6mm (1/4 inch) further out at the front.

On the rear, being 1/2 inch again wider, this again sits out 6mm more, and as the offset is 9mm lower, that = 6+9 = 15mm further out at the rear.

The Black 359's, being et40, will sit 3mm futer out at the front and 5mm further out at the rear. Sorry if that is a little confusing.

Chris.

thats not confusing that has now stopped me being confused and now i actually no what im looking at and can start workin out what i can sit haha does the lower offset give more of a concave look? and if they dont sit far enough out you can always fit spacers cant i

i prefer the black ones on the website cause they have the centres cut out. would they then fit same center caps that i have?

so my tyres i have on the car now 235 and 255 would fit them rims with abit of stretch??

sorry for all the questions but its all making sense

thanks
tyson

Good stuff, I know it sounds a little confusing, but when you get your head around it, it's actually easy enough to gauge from it the offset you want or what spacers you want to run etc.

Generally, yes the lower the offset, the deeper the concave, depends on the wheel design etc, but in most cases yes.

By the centres cut out, do you mean the caps out? If so, they were just removed before the pics were taken, the also pop out on the silver wheels I will check tomorrow, if the black 359's take OEM caps, but they do come with centre caps that you can stock the BMW badges onto.

Those tyres will fit fine, generally if you are running a 235 front (I assume it's a 235/35/19) the matching rear tyre is 265/30/19 to maintain the same rolling radius, but they are ok to run and will fit on perfect.

Regards,
Chris.

thats ok if centers pop out means can just pop mine in.

my tyres on rear are 255/30/19 my fronts mite be 225 thinking about it then. cant remember without looking. but they will fit with some cheeky stretch.

thanks for all your help dude gona decide what colour i wana go for now. my wheels were silver then had them powder coated anthercite, and think wheels look alot better and stand out more on the black car if this silver or polished so reckon that route i will go.

Yep most likely 255/30 at the rear if running OEM wheels as that is original e9x tyre sizes on 19' Wheels. They will still fit fine, a very slight stretch.

No problem at all mate, any other questions at all feel free to ask, glad I could help

Chris.
