+1 on the freezer, used it about 7 years ago and the drive didn't quit afterwords(ofc it's IDE so it's no longer used).
Doing it through a company will run you ~1000+ I believe :[ |

I actually have another hard drive thats much older which I almost forgot about that has a similar issue. I may try the freezer method on that one as a test run.

Wow, so this is turning into my daily rant of how unlucky I am lol.
Sunday afternoon I blew a tire..but at least I have the warranty for tires and rims. So BMW downtown changed the flat, no questions asked yesterday morning. Today, I lost my cell phone. Someone took it on site while I was walking around the project. Fukin sucks....lost all my contacts. Usually this would not be a problem since itunes saves all your info when you sink the iphone. But, since my hard drive died last week, im shit out of luck... Can't wait to see what happens tomorrow |
