... can the turn signal be coded to flash 5-6 times instead of 3 on the lane change setting?

Don't know what any of this coding means, but it does look like you can code the soft turn signals to be more than 3.

You can, but I do not do it. It is force coding and results in damage to the FRM module over time. Anytime you have to code outside of the factory lining it is not suggested.
