I feel this is a very good deal, I just purchased 2008 e90 335i, same features (+split rear seats), for $30k that had 30k miles that was CPO... but with no mods. Hope you find a buyer.

Thanks guys I recently added an oem m-tech rear and m3 steering wheel and cf wrapped aluminum trim....car is back up for sale decided I need a bigger car...will update with new pics soon
