wait how is this possible? the e46 m3 csl had launch control with a limited use of 3 times before your engine warranty is voided at i believe it was 3200RPM or somewhat around there (too lazy to get actual atm).

since US laws prohibited automakers to limit a function of the car they put our LC at 1600-1800RPM (once again to lazy to get actual atm) and we can use it unlimited times.

so how is nissan able to go about this law that BMW had to ably by?
