Is there an OEM wheel equivalent to CLS reps?
I like the style/look of CSL reps, but I'd feel more comfortable getting an OEM wheel.
Anyone know how to get an OEM equivalent wheel for the CSL? I've heard they were only available on the M3 and are difficult to get...if so, is there an OEM close to the look of the CSL wheel? Thanks! |

Many vendors here sell CSL reps and as good as OEM in quality, they are cheaper and they have sizes made for our e90/e92.

The e92 328 sport package rims look similar to csl wheels but not exactly it. The e46 m3 ZCP wheels look exactly like the OEM CSL wheels but just the size and offset are different then the real OEM CSL wheels. These are pretty much the only way you can get CSL or CSL looking wheels on your car and still keeping it OEM. The reps are not bad at all, you should not worry about going with csl replica wheels. |

They'd be pretty shitty "replicas" if they didn't look like the original, wouldn't they?
The exact amount of concavity will vary with the offset of the wheel if you're looking at a "replica" with a different offset than the E46 ZCP's. |

Only the front e46 M3 ZCP wheels are different from the CSLs, the rears are identical, at least appearance and offset-wise. The front ZCP are 19x8, the CSL are 19x8.5.

Just get the replica CSL wheels, they meet or exceed all OEM standards. I don't know why people even frown on rep wheels if they pretty much go through all the rigorous quality control and the same certifications. All wheels have to be JWL and VIA certified otherwise they can't be sold in the US. Germany is the only place that does TUV certification and everyone knows it's the same as JWL except they charge a butt load for TUV certification.
