engine mount noise

hi all,

I drive a 2007 328i coupe 6MT and i hear a one-time knocking noise everytime i start accelerating, i think its the engine mount that's loose,

anybody knows??

one of my engine mounts were bad on my old volkwagen but i only heard the noise when i would let off of the gas, didn't really notice it when i accelerated
