Cool N55 JB3 Dyno Videos

Had the car dynod today. Only mod on the car was the jb3 stage 1 beta, I will be putting exhaust on it next weekend and hopefully getting another run in to see the gains.

Here is the video, please watch in 1080:

They sent me the wrong graph, so here is an iphone pic of the one they printed off for now:

Swadeness another member on these forums also had his stock 135i dct dynod, I will have that video up later today. Enjoy.

Did you baseline at all? Those gains don't look too high if the avg is suppose to be 270-280

I did not unfortunately (regret it).

Edit: I noticed Terry's dyno charts are all Corrected using STD, mine were uncorrected. Could this have any effect on my #s?

generally speaking, corrections will lower your numbers.

My question is, the power curve on run003 looks better than the other two. What changed in-between?

It depends on the conditions, sometimes correction factors raise it, sometimes they lower it. Personally i don't even like correction factors, uncorrected is the way to go see what your car actually put down without bs calcuations.

What did the stock 135 put down that day?

I looked at the numbers and thought the dynos where done on a mustang.

I understand that some people can't dyno before installing a tune, but I wish they would put the car into map 0 to get a baseline.

I don't think he mentioned Shiv once in this thread. You're getting defensive for no reason.

Swinging on Shiv's nuts? I don't even run a procede.
I love when a comment on the jbfail is made, the owner of the failure instantly refers to the procede. Get a clue.

How did you read defensive out of my post? Also, I think his sig provides enough evidence he was referring to Procede.

I put the smileys in for sarcasm

Actually I wasnt referring to anything except your results.

Refer to my previous post.

You could try explaining why a different tune for the n55 could be better than my current, instead of down talking burger. I might be open to hearing it.

Edit: I'm not saying another tune isn't right for me I just don't see the need to down talk someone else s product because of a personal grudge.

I don't get paid to advertise other peoples tunes. I just find joy in making fun of the failure ones.

When you have been doing this for over a decade, the claims are funny.

You should do your research and find a tune that actually has control over fueling, boost, and ignition. The fact that you are maf, will make "interesting" for the piggy backs, as maf cars generally run better on flashed tunes. Map cars like the n54, are much more forgiving.

There is nothing personal btwn me and terry, however there is something personal btwn what people think the tune does and what it actually does. If you are happy with your results, stick with it, personally i think that is laughable.

Still waiting on the Clap tune because he knows soooo much.... oh yeah, he just makes lots of claims about tunes and experience... but, no evidence of him actually doing anything. So that, is what is laughable.

You have no clue whats going to happen when ATR is out. For for experience, give AR a call, or AMS or CPE, ask them about me.

Let me know what you think I said that is a "claim" Hell challenge everything and anything I say and I will simply proove it to you with facts.

Like many other tuners, I don't make the hardware, however give me something that works, and I will go toe to toe with the best of them.

Thanks for the idea though, once ATR is out ill label the tunes "Clap_v10x.xx"
