Vishnu?

I've been waiting for some replies to their fuel upgrade thread for weeks now with nothing but crickets. Thinking maybe they were ignoring their thread I just searched forum wide and found the last post Shiv@Vishnu made was in 2012. Previously they had several posts per day. What is going on???

No I don't think so, did you try PMing him or someone on his team?

He does get busy when he has stuff on the go, he done it before.

Shiv doesn't respond to PMs. The best way to contact anyone from Vishnu is to call them during business hours. Email responses from them can take a while, and sometimes will never be answered.

Say you want to buy their single turbo kit and then when they respond right away, ask your real question =)

that pretty sad that the customer service is that bad that it would have to come down to saying something like that IMO

The single turbo was the worst thing to happen to 99% of vishnus customers. Everyone was so happy but 99% of us wouldn't have been purhasing the single anyways. All we got from it was.... Nothing, just a lack of updates and any new maps for the bulk of their customter base.

lol just kidding guys...
But yea the single turbo focus at Vishnu has been bothering me. I got my procede back in the day because it was the best tune out there.
Not I'm strongly considering switching to COBB or scoping out ETS's new tuning solution...

ETS tuning solution will be nothing special. Your best bet is Cobb. I use it and love it.

That's the reason why I have JB4 + Cobb now. I was very happy with their products but their support was to be honest shit. Since their single turbos came up their support is almost completely dead. That's a pity.

I went with COBB due to the lack of updates. Steering wheel commands had been promised for what, 2 years now? Not even talking about the lack of updated maps, VIN-lock BS etc.

The single turbo development seems to have put all other stuff on hold.

All this combined made me lose the faith that the Procede is the adequate tune to run my car with RB turbos.

Completely understand. Lack of activity and consistent customer service complaints, don't make me feel comfortable shipping my ecu to them for the fueling flash. Been a vishnu customer since early 2007 and been asking for an at home flash solution for a while. Only option seems to be to switch to JB4 G5 board, add in a cobb, and then I can flash at home. Looking like a spring project but hate to spend the conversion $ when I have already given Vishnu so many $ over the years.

The only people that seem happy are the ones that are local or within decent driving range.
