I am not only worried about the original shipping but it would be a bitch to have to send it to get reflashed in the case of the dealer doing work on my Car that requires software updates.

Puerto Rican 335d shipped his instead of going to them.
You dont have to have it reflashed for regular service or non turbo related issues. For example if your waterpump etc goes you dont need to do a reflash.
They already know you put Dinan stage 2 on it, so swaping it out with RENNtech while having the Dinan mods you will be hidden in plain site.
You just have to worry about "major" warranty issues and that would be your turbos.
