License plate visible while on or no?

As shown on the picture, this car cover provides complete protection from rain/sleet/hail/snow/uv.
It covers the entire vehicle, so plate is not visible.

If the same as my old Bmw cover, yes shows rear license plate and has two loop holes on each side by skirts for a cable lock.

One thing not mentioned, what is the condition of the cover?

As stated in the OP, it's in excellent condition.
It's only been used a few times, kept in storage after I moved to Manhattan with indoor garage parking space.
