Help Please

Was changing coils and plugs and noticed some oil built up around this sensor. Really appreciate any and all help. Not really sure what I'm looking at.

Valvetronic servomotor connection. There is a gasket you can replace, but have to take off the valve cover. Might just want to wipe it up and replace it when you need a new VC.

That's probably why it's leaking lol. Need to replace it as well. Since the VC and gasket are new, you can probably just take off the VC to replace this gasket. I'll try and find the PN.

I cleaned connection and torqued the two bolts down to see if that helps. I couldn't find the part last night so let me know if you have any luck!

If that faint fog of oil around the electrical connector is your concern, just wipe it off. If it comes back in a few years and really bothers you, you can unplug the electrical connector, remove those two screws and replace the valvetronic connector gasket flange 11377502022 in one minute for about $10. You do not need to remove the valve cover. If you had your valve cover replaced at the dealership they should have replaced this gasket because it's mandated in the repair instructions but an indie likely wouldn't have because it's usually unnecessary.

Thanks for the help! I saw on another thread that VC did not have to be removed so glad you were able to confirm that as well. I did the VC myself... so no one else to blame haha
