How to get gum off car body

theres a streak of dried gum on the rear of my car, just washed it and it didnt come off, any product i can use take it off?

You can also get 3M adhesive remover, just remember anything you use will strip your wax so clay and rewax afterward.

I know this will sound crazy, but I've applied peanut butter to gum stuck on rubber and it came right off. I don't think it will harm your paint and I wouldn't wait too long to take it off. Just my .02

i used some rainx bug and tar remover, it is in a spray bottle and kind of slimy. let it sit and then use some elbow grease.

Paint thinner from autozone. Removes everything from paint without scratching it. Can even use on interior like carpets or headliner to remove stains. Don't use on leather.

It's been said already but worth repeating - after using any of the products recommended here be sure to wash the area, thoroughly rinse, and then rewax.

I've used peanut better to get gum off leather seats and works like a charm. Never tried on paint though...

you can try this home remedy.
use ice to freeze the gum, it will become hard and brittle and will be easier to pull off.
Not sure if this will work but this is recommended if somehow you stick gum to your hair.
