07 328i 120000 miles maintenance ???

Was wondering what maintenance should be taken care of usually at this mileage. I bought it at 119000 and now currently have 122000 , could not find a straight forward forum on this one . Any input would help thanks

Google Mike Miller BMW for a old school maintenance schedule.
And some interesting history on maintenance and BMW's
Basically all fluids and filters if you haven't done them.
Maybe spark plugs if they haven't been done already.

Get service records for your car. Then you could likely go from there. If nothing's wrong with your car tho don't go running paranoid about everything.
Look at your CBS to see dates/ mileage for brake pads change & brake fluid flush, oil, cabin filter..

What you'd get from the history report, is coolant flush, waterpump and or thermostat change etc...
