On a lighter note I think you should have your wife ditch the A1 for a 135i coupe. lol

Kidding ? It's all I could do to get her to have the 1.4 sport turbo and not the base model!!

She actually complimented the change of colour, but told me where to go ( politely ) when I gave her instructions on getting in and out of the performance seats without touching the side bolsters!

I may regret this question, but go on how do you get in and out without touching the bolsters

Haha I'm the same nick when explaining to the wife that when she closes the door to use the back of her hand right on the edge sox she doesn't plaster grease marks on glass and paint. The boot is the worst FINGER MARKS! It has handles inside for a reason love. Two years with bmws and it hasn't sunk in

I don't feel brave enough to suggest this. She is stressed with Xmas.

I may approach in the new year, but "I,m scared"

As for the finger marks I think life's longevity will rely on wiping off when she's not looking.

On another note my dealer has a 10 plate M3 which I am going to test drive. Now I'm really scared

Thought it was suspension, hope you resolve soon as.

On the console bit [ as well as door strip and dash ] mine is aluminium flavour, is it better to wrap or spay?

I like the piano black look.

Yes, rear suspension needs fitting kit. Front is fitted and fantastic.

I'm not talking the usual interior wrapping bits.

I have extended leather which is part of dash/ centre console so have to dye black from grey.

See pic,

Not sure what ill do with the normal interior trim bits yet.

May go carbon or fancying silver at the mo ( eg dash strip, door strips, and top of centre console)

But, in answer to your question, I'd try wrap first.

It would be cheaper and easier.

However, if cost no probs spraying would be a more permanent solution.
