Help needed: BMS N55 intake Bracket

Does anybody have a bracket for the N55 BMS intake to secure the housing. It comes with a screw. I lost mine. I havent used it for months. I had a replacement one but i was told to throw the old one since its jacked up but i guess the bracket went with it in the trash. If you have one i'll buy it from you? See pic.

You may want to check with BMS and see if they can throw you one. Maybe they'll just charge you for the shipping.

I already emailed them. I'll find out. Hopefully they give me one. I'm in Cali. Hopefully they ship it to me.

Take the intake tube to home depot, figure out what the thread is and buy a stainless allen head bolt that fits.

What do you use to secure it? So its just hooked up in the silicone tube?

I'm missing that piece too and emailed terry and he said there's nothing he can do for replacing that piece. So the intake just hangs out in the air box till I can think of something to fab up as a bracket

That is surprising...Jason is usually quick on the draw. Keep us posted.

Is it bad, or are there any repercussions of letting the intake "hang" there? When I installed my CP I just kept the entire stock air box out so the Intake is just connected to the silicon hose.

I haven't had any issues just letting it hang in the air box. It fits in there pretty nice, but believe at first I was paranoid it would come out of the air box or something lol. Now I don't know about having the whole intake box out since the bottom edge of the filter rests at the bottom of the air box. Id maybe throw it back in for reassurance. Once I get my car out of storage I'm going to get some modeling clay and mock up a bracket and then see if I can get it 3D printed

You have nothing to worry about, My bracket and screw came loose and fell into the air box cover, the filter was leaning lying on top of it, it was probably like that for about a month before i noticed. No negative side effects or rattling. You could always use a plastic tie if you're worried as a temporary fix!

Why wouldn't they charge you? It's machined aluminum and costs money to make.
