Yes it still considered a new car, you receive an additional warranty (8000 miles) b/c it was a demo. You can have it Certified if you like for an additional price.

3er with 7k demo miles??? I remember how "gentle" I was demoing the car... Why would anyone pay the M3 price for this (USED) car? No wonder they call them STEALerships... |

Also this was an executive demo for the owner of the Dealership, not a demo for customers to drive.

Even with the upgrades, I wouldn't pay 60k for this car, althought I have to say it looks very nice. If I were to make an offer I'd probably say the car is worth about 45K, considering it was a demo and it has 7k miles on it. I paid 41K for mine in Feb last year and I think I could get about 32k +ttl.
If I had $60K, I could probably get a 335 with about 3k miles and spend money on all the upgrades you have on this one and still have money left. Just my 2 cents.

But then, when I come to your dealership to trade in my car will all the upgrades, you tell me that the upgrades are just a waste and I get nothing for it?@#$%^& Even more, you also tell me that my Sports and Premium package are just for me, but when trading in, they are almost worth nothing over the bare car... I still say -- STEALERSHIP!!! In my mind, the car is not worth even $50k, but hey... Demo or not -- it is a USED e90. I'd rather have a used 7k miles car than Demo car with 7k miles... |

For $60k, you can get a 535. You can get an M3 (e9x). Yes, it is tastefully upgraded car, but...so was my house, but I just lost $30k by selling it... |

UPGRADES
Aftermarket Upgrades Are Worth Nothing When Trading In A Car, Actually Lessen The Value. Oem Upgrades, As Well As Dinan, Present An Additional Value When Trading The Car In.

The seller here, however, put $15k in upgrades into the used car and expects to price it at the car price (which obviously over the brand new invoice) plus those $15k... Good luck anyways... |
