I have yet to install my coilovers. Every shop that I have called is giving me an outrageous price or are too busy to get anything done in the time frame that I am here. However, in relation to that specific shop on cottage way the guy did give me a good price but I guess two of the mechanics didn't come in today so he got screwed over. Going to hit them up again and see if they can squeeze me in. I never knew it would take this much work to get this done ahha FML!

LOOKS- These rims, with the black/silver color combo, are a perfect match for my black e90. It's amazing how gorgeous rims can completely transform a car!
PERFORMANCE - I definitely feel more of the road now, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. On my way home, a modded 350z challenged me, so I accepted. I was amazed at the sudden improvement in off-the-line acceleration as well as the steering response. However, I felt that my car was riding on air, which makes me think my Koni's need to be adjusted. I'll have to play with the adjustments since all 4 Koni's are externally adjustable.
TIRES - I've been driving on V12s for the past 2 years because Michelin's were too pricey. It's amazing the grip these Michelin PSS' offer!

So far, definitely no buyer's remorse. Next step..photo shoot in old sac.
His wheels were awesome. good to knw it went to a fellow member.

Hey Will,

I got the wheels and tires balanced and aligned on Monday - some minor adjustments were required but all is ok. I drove to Sausalito yesterday and got to really test out the car on various road surfaces, both in dry and wet road conditions. These wheels have truly transformed my car, and have increased my driving confidence. Having so much more rubber on the pavement makes such a difference! And of course, the look of the wheels with the black signature color are a perfect fit on my e90! I truly couldn't be happier with the results. And have noticed more people noticing the car also! Thanks again.

Just get that Cobb on your car now and it will really transform your car. It's nice knowing you can outperform 99.9% of the cars on the road in your daily driver.

How's the Overland Post doing?

I blacked out the roundel's since you sold you car...

It actually looks pretty slick on a SG.

What would you guys think of the Gloss Black badge (335i)? To go with my Gloss Black spokes and kidneys? Too much black?

My opinion is that if you're doing the gloss black badge on your silver 335i, I think it would look sick! I think the black-to-silver contrast looks really cool, just as long as you don't over do it and paint some SS black stripes! lol

Sold to a dealership.....got more than I expected/wanted.

The Jeep is good. Already starting modding (tint, weathertech mats, cross bars, roof rack, DVD/NAV crack, 6500K xenons) I don't think I'll be doing any exhaust / intake. Might get some summer wheels and keep the 18" for winter use.

I was thinking the same thing. I thought maybe everyone on here upgraded to F30s already. Speaking of which, I haven't seen any on the road yet. Might go test drive one soon...

Where is a good place to crack the DVD for my E92? I saw a DIY, but looked too tedious.

You can't crack a 2007's DVD/NAV....only 09+. DVDinmotion is the company. You can retro fit the CIC NAV with your CCC, then do the crack, but that's a lot of money and work.

Hello Sacramento peoples. First time I've posted on this Sacramento thread. I'm posting because I need some help from locals. I looking for suggestions for any shops or persons that would install Coilovers for a E90, for a good price. That being said, I know how to install them however with work and family I don't have the time to do it. Maybe if someone else is considering installing Coilovers on their car, we can do it together to save a lot of time.

Thanks Guys

Does anyone know of a good place to have the exterior detailed?

I got hit with some nasty water sprinklers with heavy hard water. and this isn't the first time. I think my car is due for some professional buff and wax.
