I've never had a car with xenon lights, but i've been in them before. As previously stated, the difference is amazing. Sooooo much more light.

Xenons are a must-have for me on a car. Not only do they make the car look so much better to others, they are unbeatable for country roads as they light the sides of the road and hedges so well.
They produce a very uniform white beam. Once you have driven a car with them, you will not want to go back to 'yellow' candles again

I couldn’t run to Bi-xenons and initially I was gutted on how bad the lights were on dipped. So I look to replace the bulbs with high performance halogen. Got the old bulbs out (and what a performance. You have to go via a hatch in the wheel arch and god help any of you with 6 cylinders and you drop something in the front of the engine bay. I dropped a bulb cover and ended up taking the air intake off and even then I only got it back because I was 2 pots short) only to find they were already high performance jobs. Anyway, I compared the dipped pattern to my wife’s car and I reckoned the lights were set too low (Should have known really, I had the same problem with my 530), so I adjusted them and I’m quite happy with the results.
