Good smog "test only" shops around costa mesa?

i'm going to be picking up a 99 m3 this wednesday while i'ts bone stock and no codes, the seller mentioned that there are a lot of places that are test and repair who will fail you to upcharge you on the repair services. i've never owned a car long or old enough to require a smog check, so this is all new to me.

we're both confident that the car will pass the smog test, i just want to exclude any roadblocks along the way of purchasing the m3.
