Safe location for logging runs (DMV area)

Guys,

What would be a good place to do some log runs in NOVA/DMV area.
I am looking to do this very early morning, so as to avoid any other motorists, including authorities.
Due to the sensitive nature of this topic please PM me.

Thanks!

495 is pretty good...... as long as your doing 160+ past the cops they probably wont chase you

Not in the mornings around 9-12 AM haha. I commute to arlington a lot and not once have i seen a cop parked on the side. the only **** i've seen them parked and speed gunning is a little before the first exit right after 495 south (behind the highway barrier/walls).

hmm lot of you seem to be recommending 66. But I dunno I've always seen cops around there, even at 3 am. Maybe has something to do with number of Dunkins in the proximity lol.

I was going to try 270, but I saw a poor soul get pull over a couple of days back. Might have to try around 3 am.

BTW rte 50?! is that even serious? thats a bit like showing red rag to a bull.

The best way to stay safe is have a buddy make a drive down first and scout out any cops and have him let you know if he saw anything, then u just have to watch out for cruisers driving around you. and make a quick pull. And I wouldn't just do it anywhere on 66 haha there are lots of cops there but there are areas where they're not there as often. I would definitely not do it anywhere near the stringfellow/monument hov exits, there's always cops around that area and after it.

River Road in Seneca MD is my ideal Sunday morning drive, or test road.

You're literally all alone out there...
