DRL AE always on even with switch set in off position
I have my AEs coded for DRL. I normally have my lightswitch set to auto and the AEs work as expected.
However, when I want to turn off the lights and move the switch to the "0" position, the AEs remain on. Can this be fixed by coding or is the only way to have all the lights off is to go into idrive and turn off DRL? |

It can be coded to off just like the M cars. I did it on the wifes 328 so they are off when the knob is set to the 0 position

You can change this without coding.
If you have iDrive, you can select from there, otherwise you can use your BC Stalk. Car must be at 0 mph to access the "lock" menu. You'll see the option in there. |

To turn daytime running lights to be always on you can activate it through bc stalk or navi screen. No need to code this.
