Anyone fix pc's

Its lucky HDDs are recoverable, my Nokia died and I had never backed it up, it had photos and videos I really wanted.
Called a professional lab and they said it was not recoverable, I always back up now but if I gotta fork out money and something is recoverable I would consider myself lucky.

The data is priceless when it involves things such as memories and work stuff.
