Knick while turning steering

Does anyone have experienced something like a "knick" while turning your steering wheel to the left/right. I only happens when your turning your steering wheel a whole turn left/right while standing still. It has no sound but feels strange ........

Yes... It just started a few thousand miles ago, doesn't bother me though. But I do know exactly what you are talking about.

So, did anyone went back to the dealer ? Maybe it has something to do with the active steering thing .... or maybe the oilreservoir .....

Never got any worse, I just got used to it. If it were to get bothersome I would take mine to the dealer, but it bothers me about as much a creek or a rattle. In other words, not a lot.
