Replacing DSC Hydro pump programming questions
I've been getting fault codes 5df0 and 5df1 for about a month. I've purchased a Bavtec tool and I ordered a new hydro pump. Will I be able to program the new pump with the Bavtec tool? If so, could someone please describe how it's done?

Might want to check this out:
http://www.e90post.com/forums/showth...ght=hydro+pump If you keep your old control unit, provided that it's working ok, you won't need any programming. The bavtec tool does not allow programming as far as i know, but not really sure!

I've read that post and responded to it. He was only getting one of the fault codes (5df0). I think that's why replacing only the pump half was needed. I'm also getting code 5df1 (connection failure). So I'm planning to replace the whole unit. I need to know if I'm going to be able to program the new one once it's installed.
