how long should an order take?

I placed my order for an e92 328 ED last Saturday. I still have not gotten confirmation yet. The dealer says they have not heard back from Germany?

Is this unusual?

Well the dealer usually contacts BMWNA ED Dept. which checks for ED dates. It usually takes 3-4 days for the ED Dept. to get back to the dealer depending on workload. What date did you request?
